SOLTEC SALUD PURCHASES THE RIGHTS TO THE SIIS FAMILY OF PRODUCTS
IPSOFT SAS in its spirit of conversion and business innovation, granted all technical services on SIIS products and derivatives to SIMDE SAS in August 2019, the results of this operation have been highly successful, especially for customers who use the mentioned products.
Now, with the aim of further specializing its operations, it has sold all intellectual property rights and copyrights to the company SOLTEC SALUD SAS, an operation duly registered with the National Copyright Directorate - DNDA of Colombia.
SOLTEC SALUD as the new owner of the SIIS product and its derivatives MEDISIIS, ODONTOSIIS, OFTALMOSIIS, ONCOIIS, FARMASIIS among others, will be exclusively dedicated to commercial and marketing matters of the products, as well as to national and international negotiations with business partners ( PARTNERS), participation in government projects that involve innovation, research and financial support, as well as other activities typical of the owner of a Software product as important and well positioned in the market as SIIS.
All business associate relationships that have been managed with IPSOFT are maintained with SOLTEC SALUD.
IPSOFT will remain in the market as a brand of pleasant and proven remembrance in the health sector in Colombia and Latin America.
