IPSOFT after experimenting and using various internal strategies to improve these services, has made the decision to use the strategy of outsourcing its services to another company.
We are pleased to announce that IPSOFT SAS concessioned from August 1, 2019 to the company SIMDE SAS the implementation, support and development services for the SIIS product and its derivatives.
The SIMDE SAS company is made up of expert engineers in SIIS products, all of them are former IPSOFT officials who worked in the technical areas of IPSOFT for several years and therefore have all the necessary knowledge to assume these technical tasks.
The foregoing means that once an offer is accepted by a client, the implementation and support contract will be made directly by the company SIMDE SAS, the foregoing duly supported by IPSOFT SAS.
IPSOFT, of course, remains the owner of the copyright and property rights of the SIIS Software and its derivatives, duly registered with the National Directorate of Copyright, and will continue to be in charge of issues related to the company's business strategies, definition of prices and products, relationship with partners, sales and marketing of SIIS products and their derivatives.
